Why there is 47 bins in Age histogram?

When visualizing the Age histogram, they chose 47 bins, I want to ask why 47 and not other number? And there is written that one for each year. What does that means?

The maximum age of the data-frame is 64 and the minimum age is 18. To make the graph evenly distributed for each year, bins are divided in to 47 sects. ( 64-18 = 46, but for including 18 too in that, 46+1 = 47)

Ok, now I got it. Thank you for the explanation
